This page explains how Sarkari Master — Demo prepares the information on this website: where it comes from, how it is checked before it is published, how it is kept up to date and corrected, and how you can help.
Official sources only
Every post is based on an official source: the notification, notice or press release of the recruiting body, board, commission or department, or its official website. We do not copy posts, tables or texts from other job portals, newspapers or social media groups; when one of them reports something first, we wait for the official notice. Every post names its official source and the date we saw it, with a link, so you can check it yourself.
How a post is written
- The important details — dates, fees, age limits, vacancies, qualifications, pay and the official links — are entered as separate fields, taken from the official notice, never from memory.
- The texts are written by our team, or put together from those details in our own words. They are not taken from any other website.
- New notices on official websites can reach our team automatically. They are always read from the official notice itself, and a post that was published automatically is marked for a check by our team.
- Where a notice is not clear, the post says so and asks you to read the official notification, instead of guessing.
Checks before publishing
Before a post is published, an editor compares its details with the official notice: the post names and the number of vacancies, every date, the fee of each category, the age limits and relaxations, the qualifications and the links. Links must lead to the official website of the recruiting body; a link to any other website is not shown as an official link.
Updates and the update log
Recruitments change: last dates are extended, exam dates are announced, admit cards and results follow. When an official notice changes something, we update the post. When the dates, fees, vacancies or links of a published post change, its update log shows what changed and on which day. The later steps of the same recruitment — admit card, answer key, result — get posts of their own, linked to each other. When the last date has passed, the post is marked as closed but stays on the site for reference.
Corrections
If we make a mistake, we correct it as soon as we find it or someone tells us. A corrected date, fee, vacancy or link appears in the update log like any other change. If the official notice and our post differ, the official notice is right.
Report a mistake
Found a wrong date, a link that does not open or anything else that does not match the official notice? Use “Report a problem with this page” under the post. Our team reads every report, checks it against the official notice and corrects the post when needed. You can also write to demo-owner@getxtra.in or use the contact form.
AI only as a suggestion
Everything on this website works without artificial intelligence. When our editors use an AI service to help them read a notice or draft a translation, a summary or answers to common questions, what it gives is only a suggestion: an editor checks every detail against the official notice before anything is published.
Independence
Sarkari Master — Demo is an independent information website, not a government website. Nobody can pay to change the facts in a post. Ads and sponsored posts are labelled as such and never change what a post says about a recruitment.
